Hibiwash® with 4% Ghlorhexidine Gluconate is an MHRA approved antiseptic full body wash of Mölnlycke Health Care UK Ltd and it can reduce the risk of healthcare acquired infections and surgical site infections when used by the patient pre- and post- surgery.

Despite the efforts of healthcare professionals, there is still a high risk of infection rates, with 1 in 11 people acquiring infection while in hospital. Surgical related infections not only extend a patient’s median length of stay in hospital to 11 days but also cause physical or psychological disability to patients, and sometimes can be life-threatening. ,
