Member Funding

The annual IPS conference provides the opportunity to access a range of professional development opportunities including developing knowledge, observing the latest innovations and networking. Accordingly as part of the educational remit of IPS the Society funds a number of places for members to attend conference, either through Branch, Special Interest Group (SIG) or national funds, where funding may not be available from other sources.

The number of funded places varies each year as it is dependent on the available funds. Funded places will include the cost of the registration fee and may include accommodation and travel up to a maximum agreed amount and in line with the expenses SOP.

Those who apply for branch or SIG funding but are unsuccessful can choose to be put forward for consideration for national funding.

IPS also funds up to 2 international members to attend the conference, covering full delegate registration and accommodation for a maximum of four nights at a hotel selected by the IPS.
