Post Op is redefining the way patients recover after surgery, leveraging technology to help clinical teams ensure their patients are recovering and preventing infections or complications.

Founded in 2020 by two orthopaedic surgeons - Dr Chindu Kabir and Dr Faizal Rayan - Post Op is a comprehensive and intuitively-designed monitoring app, enabling clinicians to reduce the need for face to face appointments.

Post Op has key features which can support infection prevention and control teams. Features include infection monitoring of patient wounds, supporting surgical site infection (SSI) surveillance, streamlined UKSHA SSI data collection and reporting, as well as innovative features such as SSI infection detection.
