I am a PhD student in Nursing Science and Public Health at TorVergata University and a research fellow at the Department of Infectious Diseases, University of Verona.My doctoral line of research concerns middle management leadership and its relationship with nosocomial infections.I am currently collaborating with the Faculty of Nursing Sciences at the University of Verona on the implementation of teaching laboratories for infection prevention.
