Dr Martyn Wilkinson

Martyn Wilkinson has worked as a research scientist and statistician with the Hospital Infection Research Laboratory (HIRL) in Birmingham since 2006. His work entails research and validation in all areas of infection prevention and control. Martyn has degrees in Biomedical Science and Mathematics & Statistics, a PhD in Molecular Biology, and has published dozens of articles in peer-reviewed journals; since 2020, he has been an editor of the Journal of Hospital Infection.
