Nicole is an infectious diseases and microbiology physician with an interest in using genomics to improve pathogen and AMR surveillance and optimise infection prevention and control and antimicrobial stewardship. She is particularly interested in infections caused by Enterobacterales such as E. coli and Klebsiella spp., and the role of hospital environmental reservoirs in healthcare-associated infections.
